Hello and Welcome!

I tell wedding stories.  I use my creative eye to perfectly capture the bridal preparations in the morning, to partying on the dancefloor in the evening. And everything in between.  If you're looking for a photographer for your wedding, you'll naturally want to see images from lots of different weddings, from each part of the day, and at similar locations and time of the year to the day you have planned.  Well, you've come to the right place.  I don't have time to blog every wedding, but I keep this page updated with a good selection.  Barns, beach weddings, marquees, country manors... you'll find it all here!  Plus a few pre-wedding shoots into the bargain.

The quality of my work is recognised by the prestigious Master Photographers Association, but more importantly, by my clients, whose wonderful feedback you can read here.  Please take a look at some of my recent work and do get in touch - I'd love to hear from you.

My last blog post featured Holly and Martin's fun and relaxed pre-wedding shoot at Nymans National Trust gardens. Here I'm showcasing the couple's equally fun and relaxed wedding, which was held three months later at picturesque Long Furlong Barn in the heart of the Sussex Downs. It's a venue I photograph weddings at regularly and at all times of y...

Nymans pre-wedding shoot: Holly + Martin

July 12, 2017  •  Leave a Comment
I first met Holly and Martin at Nymans National Trust near Haywards Heath. We talked through their plans for their upcoming December wedding at Long Furlong Barn, and I showed them sample albums of my work. I seem to remember there was homemade cake involved too - always a bonus! I felt that we hit it off straight away and would make a great team o...

Devil's Dyke Pre Wedding Shoot: Tara + Ben

June 07, 2017  •  Leave a Comment
When I first met Tara and Ben, I knew instantly that they were perfect for each other! Many of my grooms are naturally a little uncomfortable about being in front of the camera, but not Ben! A former model, Ben was a complete natural, and his obvious love for Tara shone through on their pre-wedding shoot with his permanent ear-to-ear grin and affec...

I've been longing to blog Emily and Carl's beautiful Sussex country wedding, and with the design of their wedding album currently in hand, what better time to do it? I first met the couple at Emily's parents stunning home in East Chiltington, just outside Lewes. We clicked immediately, and sitting in their kitchen, pouring over my portfolio, it fe...

The Ravenswood County Manor Wedding | Sarah & Matt

April 07, 2017  •  Leave a Comment
"Jenny was so personable, she put us both at ease from the moment that we met her at a wedding fair. Her photos are beautiful and the amount of time that she allocated to us for meetings, engagement shoot and on the day was really appreciated – nothing was too much trouble. Jenny really took the time to get to know us, our likes and dislikes to en...

Mercure Hotel Maidstone Wedding | Sue + Dan

March 24, 2017  •  Leave a Comment
I always enjoy an outdoor wedding ceremony, with the freedom it gives to move around unobtrusively and photograph discreetly. I often photographed outdoors when working as a wedding photographer in Florida, but even in our somewhat less sun-drenched country (ha!), outdoor ceremonies are becoming more popular. There can be a little added weather-rel...

Worthing Pier Wedding | Becky + Patrick

As a West Sussex wedding photographer, based in nearby Shoreham-by-Sea, many of my weddings are in lovely locations in and around the Worthing area. I'm a regular at stunning Long Furlong Barn and quirky Worthing Dome and have additional 2017 weddings booked at Cissbury Barns and The Fox Inn, Patching. But since its re-opening in Spring 2014, follo...

15 Things to Consider when Choosing Your Wedding Photographer

January 05, 2017  •  Leave a Comment
Fifteen?! Hey, we love the photos on their website, what else matters? Well, that's a great start, but these are memories you'll want to keep for a lifetime, and great photography is likely to be a sizeable chunk of your budget, so it's worth doing a little homework. Yes, there are other blogs out there on this topic, but I'm still asked most of th...

Jana & Paul's fabulous Choccywoccydoodah Cadillac Wedding!

December 23, 2016  •  Leave a Comment
Yippee! As I write, it's 'Christmas Eve Eve' as my 12 year old daughter excitedly told me on waking this morning! Two more sleeps, and I still haven't wrapped any presents, so forgive me if my blog's a little shorter than usual. As much as I love my work, I don't want to stray too far into Bad Mum territory, and trust me, pleasing 12 and 14 year ol...

Jodie & Sam's Stunning Hurst College Wedding

December 06, 2016  •  Leave a Comment
One of the things I love most about being a Sussex wedding photographer is the huge variety of picturesque venues I get to work in - from historical buildings and country manors, to marquees and barns. From rustic to luxurious, and quirky to sophisticated. My wedding season (if you can call it a season when November and December have been almost as...

Fun, Relaxed & Happy: Louise & Amos' Perfect Brighton Wedding

November 21, 2016  •  1 Comment
Many of my couples start planning their wedding at least 18 months in advance. My first 2018 booking was actually taken early this year - more than two years before the date of the wedding! Those are the super-organised ones. Then there's the last minute variety. Louise first contacted me just three months before her Brighton Town Hall wedding, whi...
